Xeikon PX3300HD

A small footprint machine, Xeikon PX3300HD excels at producing high quality full-color durable labels for diverse markets, such as industrial, chemical and household, as well as high-end labels for premium beers, spirits, beverages and health & beauty products. Next to investment-friendly TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) the high productivity press guarantees excellent OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). An inline camera scanner for quality inspection, included by default, verifies registration and corrects for missing nozzles.

To meet the specific requirements of the high resolution five-color print engine, Xeikon has developed new PX-Cure LED HD inks. Printing in CMYK plus white, Xeikon PX3300HD can offer a large color gamut, covering up to 88% of Pantone colors within Delta E 2 (rising to 94% within Delta E 3).

The new PX-Cure LED HD ink technology offers the same sustainability benefits as the PantherCure UV LED series used in the 600-dpi family of inkjet presses. These include significant savings in energy consumption, instant warm up for more agile operation, and 10 times longer lamp life compared to traditional UV arc lamps, resulting in lower waste.
