Prints produced with TITON toner are resistant to high temperatures, solvents and scratches without the need to use a varnish. In this way it combines the typical durability of UV inkjet technology with the food safety aspects of the best dry toner systems.
It opens new capabilities and market opportunities such as: wine labels that do not need to be varnished, paper-based flexible packaging that can be heat sealed without damaging the colors and be food safe without the need to use an extra functional barrier, creating unique capabilities in security printing and more.
TITON toner runs on the Xeikon TX500 digital press.
