This session will leverage NAPCO Research surveys of print buyers and providers to profile today’s print buyers, key market trends driving print demand, and best ways for print providers to position their operations.

Lisa Cross is the principal analyst of NAPCO Research where she conducts market research and analysis on emerging trends, business development strategies, and changing dynamics in the commercial printing, sign and display graphics, in-plant, and packaging industry, and the market forces that are driving those changes. With decades of experience monitoring, researching, surveying, and reporting on the graphic arts and marketing industries, she works with customers to use research to solve business challenges, enhance customer engagement, and identify market opportunities. Cross, a former print industry journalist, has authored thousands of articles on topics ranging from technology trends to business strategy to “green” printing. Her work has won awards. Cross was a Jessie H. Neal Award Finalist for her work on print industry business trends. She is also a recipient of the Tom McMillan Award for Editorial Excellence in the printing industry. She holds a BA in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University, where she graduated with honors.
