Xeikon is showcasing the business production capabilities and door opening opportunities presented by the Xeikon 9800 digital press at IGAS 2018, July 26- 31, Tokyo Big Sight (East Halls), Tokyo, Japan.

IGAS, booth no 4- 24

On booth no 4- 24, Xeikon will highlight how the benchmark for quality and versatility in digital document and commercial printing can print on a wide range of untreated substrates ranging from 40gsm to 300gsm. In addition, it will show how it is ideal for high-quality direct marketing jobs when integrated with variable data capabilities of the Xeikon X-800 digital front end.

Its uniquely adapted Xeikon QA-CD toner and high-quality imaging system deliver a print resolution of 1200x3600 dpi with variable dot density for unmatched printing quality.

At the show, the Xeikon 9800 digital press will be equipped with a large-roll unwinder, a variable width stacker and a Web Finishing Module (WFM) for extra protection of the prints.

Available QA-CD toners include CMYK, Red, Green, Blue, Extra Magenta and Super Black as well as White and Clear (UV reflecting) toner. On request, Xeikon can also provide special colors specified by printers and their brand owner clients.

It delivers outstanding print quality at speeds up to 21.5 meters per minute at reduced consumables cost. This makes it the most productive digital color press in the Xeikon portfolio with 5/5 single-pass duplex printing.

Xeikon will also present the possibilities delivered by its labels and folding carton digital production solutions.

Bent Serritslev, Xeikon’s General Manager Asia, concludes: “IGAS is for a long time the reference show in Asia and brings in a lot of international visitors. The past few years, Xeikon has been investing heavily in developing a full team of experts to support this growth. This team, coming from India, SEA, China and Japan will be present at IGAS 2018 to welcome visitors and discuss their business needs.”
